Martha Pyron

Martha has been practicing and enjoying the many benefits of yoga since 1998. She has been in the fitness industry most of her life, weight lifting, aerobics and kick boxing. Yoga has brought her back from several injuries. She has developed flexibility, strenghth and sensitivity in mind, body and spirit. She is happy she chose Iyengar Yoga because of the focus on precise body alignment in the poses. As all bodies are different and people have different weaknesses and strengths, props are availalble. She uses blocks, blankets, belts and sometimes chairs to help one adjust or support in different postures.

She will continue to study with many senior teachers, such as Patricia Walden, Lori Blakeney, Chris Saudek and many more. She is also trained in Stott Pilates.
