Gym Rates and Specials

  • Gym Membership - Our gym membership is month to month. We don't have long term contracts. We make it simple, sign a month to month agreement and pay our low monthly price of $59 with no signup or initiation fees whatsoever. You can cancel anytime. Call or come in today, we sometimes have unadvertised walk-in specials.

Personal Training Rates and Specials

  • Personal Training Rates - Our personal training rates are very competitive. Our trainers charge their own fees ranging from $60/hr - $85/hr.
  • FREE Personal Training - Your first personal training session is free. New clients only. Limited to one free personal training session.

Nutritional Consultation

  • 1/2 Price Consultation - For the month of March only Dr. Adams is offering initial nutritional consultations for 1/2 price with a three-month commitment. New clients only. Limited to 1 half price consultation per person. Contact Dr. Adams for more information. Expires 03/31/2010.

Yoga Rates and Specials

  • Yoga Training - We offer personal yoga training. We don't offer yoga classes at this time. Our yoga training rates are $65/hr.
  • Yoga Specials - We do not have any Yoga specials at this time. The free personal training session does not pertain to Yoga.

Tanning Rates and Specials

  • Monthly Membership - Like our gym membership we offer a month to month membership for tanning. We do not have any signup fees or initiation fees whatsoever. This is very different from other tanning facilities where you find out about "other fees" when you get there. We do not have any hidden fees. Our rates are very competitive at $35/month for unlimited tanning. No Contract. Cancel anytime.

    • Unlimited Tanning Special - Save $10/month on Unlimited Tanning. When you sign up for automatic credit card billing you pay only $25/month. No contract. Cancel anytime. Requires recurring automatic credit card billing.
    • Single Session - $10.00/session. No contract.

No initiation fees or long term contracts for anything we offer. Period.
