Lauren Maine

Loren Maine graduated from the University of North Texas, May 2008, with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology.

After she interned at the Cooper Fitness Center in Dallas, spring of 2008, Loren decided personal training would make for a gratifying career. Loren was a Personal Trainer at The Cooper Fitness center, was the co-coordinator for the Cooper Fitness Center Female Focus Program and co-coordinator for the Cooper Fitness Center Female Focus Weight Loss Program..

Loren has expertise in functional training methods, weight loss, group exercise, special populations and sport specific training. She enjoys running, healthy foods and fitness modeling.

Lauren has the following certifications: Master Fitness Specialist - 2008, Biomechanics - 2008, NASM-PES - 2008, Personal Trainer II - 2009, Functional Movement Assessment -2009, Acceleration Training - 2010, BarrAmped Certified - 2012.
