    • Free Pilates Training - Ever thought about Pilates but weren't sure if you would like it? Now for a limited time we are offering a free 30 minute private pilates session. New clients only. Limit one per person. Hurry, space is limited. Cannot be combined with a free personal training session or free nutritional consultation when taking advantage of our free month special in April.
    • Pilates Training - We offer personal pilates training (singles and doubles). Our pilates training rates range from $65/hr -$85/hr.
    • Pilates Package Special - Christy, one of our excellent Pilates trainers is currently offering $150 off the purchase of 10 private pilates sessions when purchased in advance. Please call and ask for Christy for more details. Hurry offer ends 1/31/2010

No initiation fees or long term contracts for anything we offer. Period.
